Delete your LetRyde account

Delete from the app

1. Open the LetRyde app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm with your password (or type DELETE if you signed up with Google).

You must complete or cancel any active trips, bookings, or ride requests before deleting your account.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, your name, phone number, email address, photos, and identity verification data are permanently erased, and your account can no longer be used. Records of completed trips and payments are retained in anonymized form, as required for financial and legal record-keeping.

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@letsailtech.com from the email address on your account and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
